Runs Using Field Markings – End line Pyramid Runs

1. Starting at the corner flag, sprint to the near penalty box line.

2. Recovery jog back to flag.Sprint to near goal box line, recovery jog back

3. Sprint to the middle of goal or even with the penalty spot, recovery jog backSprint to far goal box line, recovery jog back

4. Sprint to far penalty box line, recovery jog back

5. Sprint to far end line and recovery jog back

6. That completes 1 series.  Goal is to complete 10-20 series.

Variation:
Sprint for 30 seconds going back and forth to each of the above listed turn points followed by a recovery jog for 30 seconds. Complete for 30 minutes.High level players can complete 45 minutes which would have a volume load of a full match or more.
