Mini band exercises to increase hip strength and prevent injury

The use of a mini band can be very effective for soccer players as it can be used to increase strength and prevent hip injury. The video article below highlights several exercises soccer players can implement into their training programs.  These exercises should be performed at minimum 3 times a week and can be performed before the bulk of your training as a means to activate your hip muscles.
