Interval Runs – Varying Distance – Half Field

This running drill utitilizes half of the field.This is an ideal run for a player recovering from injury.It incorporates a variety of distances.Starting where the goal box and goal line meet, sprint the solid lines (vertical) and recovery jog the dotted lines (horizontal).   


1. Jog the solid lines and sprint the horizontal

2. Add a sprint the length of the field, recovery jog along the goal line, sprint back.
